Return Policy

How to return goods

- Fill in your return application according to the prompts at the Return Center. After receiving your return application, it will be processed for you within 48 hours.

-After your refund application is approved, you will receive an email. You need to send your return items according to the address information on our return email.

-Once we receive your returned package, we will check the condition of the returned items within 7 working days according to our return conditions, and review the bill within 1-3 working days, and issue it to your Account refund, please understand.

Conditions for return

- From the time of shipment You have 21 days to decide if the item is suitable for you, if not, you can return it within 21 days.

-Item and packaging must be in new condition with tags uncut. We do not accept returns if the items have stains or tears on the fabric or labels, have been cleaned, or have had their packaging changed.

-We do not accept returns sent directly from you without confirmation from us. Please apply at the Returns Center.

-All clearance items (marked as Final Sale) and accessories (except handbags) will not be returned or exchanged after sale, please understand.

Exchange policy

-If you want to reselect another size, color or style, please contact our customer service specialists via email or become a LINE friend to express your needs, and we will help you as soon as possible.

-Please know that we are not responsible for the shipping costs incurred by your exchange.


Refund method - We will refund according to your original payment method. This means that if you paid by credit card, we will issue a refund to your credit card. Each bank has different processing time for refunds, and it will take about 7-10 working days for the refund amount to arrive.

If you have not received a refund after 10 working days, it is recommended that you contact your bank. If the bank is unable to provide assistance, please contact us via email at that time.

Return Fees - As a small business and original design brand, our clothing is very cost-effective. For returns other than quality issues, we require the customer to bear the cost of return. Please consult your local logistics provider for specific costs. Thank you for your understanding.

-If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer will bear the shipping cost. The specific cost depends on the courier company you choose.
If the goods received are damaged or incorrect due to our fault, consumers do not need to bear the shipping costs.
